Swollen Thumb

On 14 Jun 2017, I woke up with a swollen left thumb (inner part of the joint), as the day progressed I couldn’t bend it much either forward or backward in comparison with my right (see below).



Solution: In the past few days, by massaging the thumb joint with Winter Green (also possible with Deep Blue, Douglas Fir or Cypress), it numbed the part and reduced the swelling. As of present (17 Jun 2017), it is almost recovered and my left thumb is flexible again! (I was told bending fingers backward could stretch the tendon, so I bend them forward for these photos)
